The client came to us wishing to explore different development options for this beautiful site near Carlton in Melbourne’s inner north. There was a wish to offer a clear alternative to the many apartment building being delivered to market with inferior layouts, planning and spatial standards, and to offer a higher quality apartment development which could take advantage of the special natural qualities of the site whilst still delivering to commercial property costing standards and budget.
