Brighton Cafe affords us an opportunity to play with experiential design and to utilise architectural elements to embed meaning and memory into place. Brighton cafe’s black steel screens define mood and drama to anchor feelings of “this is my place” The cafe is both a neighbourhood eatery and daytime relaxed and casual venue, yet is designed to seamlessly transition to a cool and sophisticated bar for evening  use using discreet and dramatic lighting and careful selection of furniture and transition effects.
